Can I be fined for cancelling my enrolment at city and islington sixth form centre?
I've attended city and Islington's enrollment day but I have changed my mind and now I want to go to ucl academy sixth form. Will I be fined or not allowed to cancel my enrollment ?

Good question. I've never heard of anyone being fined. The best thing to do is just call up.
