i've been put in 'ash house' in bowland college? Anyone else joining me because i don't know where the heck this is!

ah, oh dear, Possibly not a good sign!
On my form i've got room C213 Ash House Bowland College, Bowland Ash House in Bowland College? Should i give the residence people a buzz and see if they've made a cock up?!!

No they will be right, Bowland is a nice college, you'll meet some good people there but not sure exactly where Ash House is but then again I've been at Lancaster for a year and still dunno where Furness is.

As House is the building across from the Chaplaincy Centre, more commonly known as Bowland North. Some of the rooms overlook the Great Hall. That's all I know about it.

Ash house is some of the oldest accomodation, right up at the top end of campus. Small rooms, but very communal if you're into that sort of thing.

Ah finally some people in Ash house, everyone ive met are in the new houses. Im floor B 262. Anyone my neighbour by any chance? Does anyone know about internet connections in our rooms? Im glad to see the people near me have a sense of humour. :-)

who's laughing?? I've just had to cancel my order for an ingle-nook fireplace!! Well i think you've got neighbours in all the other guys in this thread, i think they're all on floor B, i'm on C, so am currently fashioning a tin-can and string phone to enable me to talk to all you guys!

im B246 so theres a chance we will be sharing kitchens. So bring lots of food :tongue:

Hey, I'm B229, so we probably won't be sharing a kitchen, but will see ya around. And what dya need to know about internet connections? I presume we have one because I requested one and it said I had one on my form that said about my room.

Tin can phone, we live in the high tech day and age where we can call each others rooms for free. (Internal network) Holly come downstairs, thats where the partys at.
