Confused with discrepancies in student finance

(Not sure if discrepancies is the right word but couldn't find another word)

Student finance says on my entitlement letter I'm entitled to £5,430 (Or something similar) but on the overview of my claim it say's I'm entitled to £5,700. I added up the payments and they equal the lower amount, What gives?

Mine says similar. I phoned them and they assumed it must be a system error which is annoying.

I've had too many 'System errors' from student finance this year.
