Could it be a fracture?

I was dancing in my kitchen yesterday and slipped and made a rather dramatic fall. I landed in an awkward position where I was sat on my foot. From then, it was difficult to walk on, the corner (where my smallest 2 toes are) went bright red and swollen. It also went numb for a little while and stung too. It was really painful!
I decided to just rest it.

Now, almost 24 hour later, I have the following symptoms:

-a small, dark bruise
-around the bruise is swollen
-I CAN walk with very little difficulty, but putting pressure on the outside of my foot hurts.
-Pressing the injured area stings and hurts a lot
-there is no pain anywhere else in the foot (except for slightly on my two toes)
-My foot is quite cold
-Underneath the bruise is a small, hard lump.

Is it possible I could have a fracture? I've read that it is possible to be able to walk on a fractured foot, particularly if it's your 5th metatarsal that has fractured (which is what I suspect has happened), and that it can happen quite easily and can be mistaken just for a bruise.

(the bruise is darker than it appears in the image)

Is it worth going to the Minor Injuries Unit in town or is it a waste of their time? D:
