which as level shall I drop?(helpppp!!!T_T)

hi everyone, I am now at a dilemma of which subjects shall I drop D:
I have got 3As in maths, business studies and art but aC in psychology
and an A* in a level chinese (I'm from hongkong

)
I think I had made a wrong combinations at the very first because I just literally changed my mind(I wanted to study art)
And now, my problem is most of my subjects are considered as a 'soft' subject in the top universities. And some of them, don't accept chinese because that is my mother tongue><
Do u guys think that I should drop art, and resit my psychology as level or drop psychology?
p.s. I wanted to aim LSE but it seems to me impossible now
