X or XX or XXX?

What does the number of x's at the end of a text message mean, i know its a bit vague but roughly. LIke only 1 means friend? 2 means ? and three is more serious?

I do One to a friend and 3 to my bf unless im annopyed with him then its only one. However doesnt usually mean anything to most people.

I only ever use one, to anyone (unless it would be inappropriate). But then I'm not 14

No really. I think sometimes, when people are extra pleased with something I've said, they put tons of x's at the end of their sentence.

I really don't pay much attention to it. I wouldn't think twice about sending kisses to someone who's just a friend, nor would I think much about it if I didn't send any to a boyfriend.

Sometimes I use x's to be annoying. Sometimes I use 1 with friends. Sometimes two, depending on who it is.

Sometimes 3 when I'm feeling over-happy.

Around 10 if I'm bored and wanna fill up the rest of the text message :smile:
