Philosophy and Ethics is the most respected of the three. (It is part of the Religious Studies A Level)

Probably the order in which you stated the 3 :P
I think those 3 would be reasonable for Journalism as far as I know. Be sure to check uni reqs!

Psych and phil are about the same in terms of how respected they are. Law is not so much. Geography is a facilitating subject and is well respected.
It really depends on what your other choices are, it's all about the combination.
psychology is the most respected there, law is like negative respect and ethics is ok but not as good. I would say yes to geography as it is a facilitating subject however only do it if u enjoy it. Good luck 
I'd say Geography would be the most respected, followed by Philosophy and Ethics, then Psychology, then Law.
