Girls waxing arms?
I just wanted to know if many girls wax their arms, and what people think of it? Is it necessary?

I have quite dark hair but I have never waxed my arms. I know a couple of girls who have but I don't think it is necessary at all. But a bit like having plastic surgery (not the best example) if you want to do it then it is entirely your decision.
A lot of my friends wax without any problems. They've been doing it for so long that the hairs that grow back are extremely fine.
I started to wax my arms mostly because I didnt like the hair on my arms. I've now been waxing my arms for so long that the hair growth is extremly slow, hence only needing to wax every 4-5 months

yea, its fairly easy to do. I wax my arms and legs myself and get all of it done within an hour. I use hot wax, which in my opinion is more effective in getting all the hairs out rather than just cold wax. I would suggest you get the waxing done once professionally and then try it yourself..it less risky that and you'll know exactly how to do everything. If you dont know what your doing the first time then its easy to mess and find yourself covered in sticky crap. Hope this helped!
Argh! Don't wax your arms! Seriously, arm hairs are meant to protect the skin, waxing them is ludicrous unless your arms are really uber hairy, in which case just give em' a trim

my friend shaves hers its SICK like on the occassion i brush past her arm its like ARGH!!! STINGING NETTLES! lol and she has a full on shaving rash!
most of the hair on my arms is blonde so i just kinda trim with scissors... dont want big long hairs growing off them lol

ive never touched my arms, i dont want to brag but ive inherited naturally smooth arms lol. but seriously im lucky their fine and relly short.

Hey no one says you have to shave them, it's just women believe they have to in order to be attractive. Legs arn't as vulnerable as the arms and don't flipping sting when you shave them. As for armpits well, same as xxx
i wax my arms coz i have dark hairs. i dont see what is wrong with waxing and they dont grow back darker and thicker. shaving your arms is disgusting tho, must feel horrible! if you want to get rid of arm hair i suggest using warm wax. if you have very little hair on your arms or it is not noticable then i wouldnt bother
