Help with Trigonometric Identities!

From C3, Exercise 3D:

Solve the identity:
cosec²Acos²A = cosec²A - 1

I haven't gone through this before, really confused on where to start - especially which side.

I presume you mean show that.

Start on the LHS and recall that cos2x+sin2x=1\cos^2 x + \sin^2 x = 1
