Need accommodation for university? Mount Pleasant, Swansea!

Hello!

There is a spare bedroom left in a student house on Mount Pleasant! The house is £275 per month (without bills) and you would be living with three friendly second year students. The house is newly refurbished, with both a bath and a shower in the bathroom!

All you will have to pay now is the deposit of £375 back to me (as I had to cover this before the 1st September) and £75 to pay the contract fee. I have already paid for the first month's rent but you don't have to pay this back to me!
