How is it right to make Von Bismarck a protagonist?
What Von Bismarck done is just pretty much similar to what Hitler did, minus the jew persecution.

Also, Bismarck didn't help cause the most destructive war in human history, and didn't create a totalitarian regime.
I'm not a fan of Bismarck, but he was no Hitler by a long way.

Hitler was a great man, when looking at the bigger picture. Bismarck ain't got nothing on Adolf.

Hitler had a great fashion sense. I mean, weren't those jackboots so chic?

The Third Reich was more about icons, images and architecture to inspire their desired ideology in people but ordinary life was pretty much just ordinary life.
We need a similar movement today to inspire the feeling of European native greatness and future without being eclipsed by other cultures.

To be fair Hitler was actually a very talented leader. He was an awful person who committed an uncountable number of atrocities, but he turned Germany into a great power and was very charismatic and well spoken.

The best thing about Hitler was that he hated global capitalism. No wonder Britain declared war on Germany!

Hitler had more to contend with and took over more
Hitler took back some German territory, managed the merger with Austria and forced the gradual takeover of Czechslovakia. After victories in Poland and France plus initial success in Russia, he was defeated in shirt order. Yes, he had more to contend with, but that is a major reason why Bismarck was superior. He didn't push his opponents into a grand coalition to defeat his country. By contrast, Hitler was crude.

Bismarck fought three very quick wars, one with Austro-Hungary which led to Prussia being able to dictate its own affairs, one with Denmark and one with France, every time he annexed only a small amount of territory because he did not wish to make enemies. He started a war with France in hope that the Southern German states would agree to the unification of Germany which they did in 1871 after a swift Prussian victory. Bismarck introduced the first welfare state as a way of combatting socialist influence in Germany which greatly improved the lives of the workers, and defend the Junker class and a Prussian dominated German Empire that contributed enormously in its short existence to the world through scientific achievement. Bismarck kept peace in Europe for 20 years through a German dominated Europe that manipulated countries through a system of alliances.
He is not compared with Hitler because Bismarck, for all his self-interest was a patriot and a great man who promoted peace and the unity of the German people. To the point where he did start a culture war with the Catholic church, but guess what? None of them were exterminated. And when he realised it was ineffective he dropped it and sided with them to combat socialism. Germany under the Empire was actually very liberal and had its own Parliament. Fredrick whom succeeded Wilhelm I actually married one of Queen Victoria's daughters.

Hitler was an idiot. Only an idiot would attack Russia when all his generals told him it was a stupid idea. If he was so great, why did he get millions of Germans killed and lost half his adopted country for 40 years?
Thats right, hes Austrian!
