No, people are always loving each other, but sometimes when you have been in love with someone and then the connection is lost with that person, you dont stop loving them, you just learn to live without them. Thats what i think!!

No. iv been in love, like properly and recently split with the guy. i still love him, but in a different way. now my new boyfriend is showing me that its possible i could definately love again...

No. I was definitely in love with my ex-boyfriend when we were together, and until last night I always wondered whether we might get back together at some point in the future. But he came over last night and I realised that we no longer have very much in common except our past, and that can't sustain a relationship. I'm still very fond of him, but I can never love him again.

There's also another guy. I wouldn't necessarily call it love, because he doesn't feel the same way. But it's proof that I am capable of loving someone else.

i think most people love a lot of people (family, close friends etc), but you only ever fall in love once.

i hope you dont only love someone (as in a boyfriend) once. ive definately been in love once and i think possibly twice, but i was a lot younger then so it's hard to tell. But I really hope i will fall in love with someone else someday! i would have thought its pretty obvious! you go ask people who are married (and love the person they are married to) if they were ever in love with someone else before they got married. and i think a lot of them would say yes!

Surprised at the amount of people who said no. I personally believe you fall in love once (as in not the kind of love for your parents, friends, etc). Loads people get confused between love and just 'having feelings for someone.' I guess there's no real answer to this question. It all depends on your definition of love :smile:
