Revision is a noun; you mean revision resources. Check out 'GetRevising.co.uk'. There's a lot of 'revision' on there.

Something more concise? For Maths, check out 'ExamSolutions'. Brilliant resource and explanations are thorough. In terms of the remaining three, a textbook is probably your best bet. It's not the most exciting, but it contains everything you need to know.

Don't forget your applied module. I'm assuming you're doing M1, seeing as you're doing Physics? Doing every question in the textbook until you get them right will certainly go some way to getting you an A. Don't peak too early; space your revision out, and you won't feel exhausted.

My teacher said we might do S1 but depends if half the class want to do M1 then he said we would change.
