As the topic name suggests that I am looking for a good average Law school in England and Wales.

A LEVEL Grades aren't the Issue as I may be able to do a foundation course.

They are an issue, because without an AAB your chances of getting a training contract and actually qualifying as a solicitor reduce exponentially.

Would you recommend me to decline the offers for foundation year and resit my A-level exams?

Yes I would. I got BCC and am resitting exams as a private candidate. Aiming for AAA this year as self study will allow me more time to focus on individual units and do more past papers
