Most business schools focus on the MBA - by definition after your first degree and they like you to have got a few years management experience under your belt too.
The difference between the best and worst is vast. Schools in the UK with a strong reputation include Warwick, London Business School, Manchester, Cranfield. The Financial Times does occasional supplements on business schools.
