Uhm iirc
1) all living things are made up of cells
2) all cells come from the division of pre existing cells (which contain a genetic code)
3) cells are the smallest unit of life

The cell theory, presented (I believe) by two German scientists way way back in the 1830s () states that:
1. The cell is the basic structural and functional unit of life.
2. All living organisms are made up of one (unicellular) or more(multicellular) cells
3. New cells arise from pre-existing ones by cell division
