Best way to send in evidence

What's the best way to send in evidence? Is it faster to scan it in and email it?

I'm entering my third year and my dad has been late sending in evidence due to losing one piece and then having to get something else from HMRC. He now has it and I'm wondering what's the quickest way to get it to you and processed so I have money in time for term starting.

Last year (2nd year) I had about 4.5k of maintenance loan and some grant. Now I've just received a letter from SFE with a new figure for the 2nd year, of only 3.5k loan!! I cannot understand why you have changed this when we already sent in evidence for that year and you've already paid me the loan.
