Revision Techniques

Hey,

I was wondering if people could share their most effective methods of revising for exams or how they keep up their concentration and remain attentive when doing LOOONG coursework?

Personally, I've started to revise/work at night when there's no distractions. I study in 2 hour periods with 1 hour rests. I've combined this with a memory food supplement called Focusade, and sip a bit of energy drink which has been insaaane-effective!!

Anyone care to share their own tactics?
