lumps on my chest (male)

i found a lump on my right chest last night...

it doesn't hurt per se, but if i touch it there is a prickly feeling.

its not a spot, but it looks like one (iv tried squeezing it, to my agony...)

does anyone have this also? i don't think its harmful, but i don't know...

i think you biggest problem is the misuse of the term per se, it really does not sound like anything dangerous, though if you are woried then do go ahead and see a doctor.

lump is very different from a spot...

in medical terms, a lump could be a cancerous tissue (benign or malignant), which definitely is not what you got.

you just got a spot, nothing to worry about it will go away.

yeah, it just means 'by itself', heres a good example i found online..."It's not that singing 'happy birthday' is bad per se, it's just that you shouldn't have been singing it at the funeral."
