Switching Sixth forms in early September (first year AS student)

Hi,

I am having this problem at my current sixth form which involves lessons not going fast enough for me. I'm not here to brag but I believe my ability to learn is being wasted because the AS lessons I am currently attending are not moving fast enough for me to not go insane over the lack of learning.

Therefore, I was wondering if it were possible for me to change Sixth Forms during this time of the year.
Furthermore, I may want to re-apply to a sixth form that I was initially going to but changed my mind for the sixth form I am currently at, although I have a feeling they will reject me because I rejected them.
