Not sure if this will help but my friend got 2 pulled out the other day and there was nothing wrong with him. The froze the bottom part of his mouth and simply pulled them out. He said he was spitting up blood for a few hours after but he didnt look like 'elephant man' lol In fact, you wouldnt have noticed a difference. The only down point was that the dentist said don't drink for a couple of days! Did my mate listen? Of course not, out on the piss the same night! ha Hop dis helps

i had all four taken out at the same time and it was rather painful afterwards but pain killers worked well. Sleeping is a bit of a nightmare for the first few nights if you don't like sleeping on your back.
My cheeks were swollen for about a week and a little bit bruised but with a bit of make up that was not a problem. Just cool them as much as you can (day&night) and try not to eat solid food. Good luck with it!
