R'n'B and hip-hop clubs in manchester

yes...it is. Obviously, each to their own I guess, but it's ridiculously overpriced to get in, for what it is, and it's just downright dingy or at least it was on the two occasions I've been. The music's not all that fantastic either, but that's something else completely...as I said, unto each his own.

What a load of rubbish you lot are speaking...for good hip hop go to Friends and Family, C'Mon feet, certain nights at the warehouse project, Way Back When, Battlescars etc

not much in terms of urban in manchester, unless u know a couple of locals, in which case there is a bashment or two in hulme/moss side every now and again. These however aint too student friendly, and how ud find out about em i dno !

erm like the guy above said, f and f do it big and so do battlescars. It varies ... ive seen qbert in sankeys ... then i saw people under the stairs at the roadhouse ... more of a gig though !!!

Paparazzi is ****e.. MTwo is good for talking to people, but not for dancing as it gets packed on a Wednesday - AU night.

Thurs- Opus- (really really good rnb hip hop night)
Fri- paparazzi/opus
Sat- definatly m2 (a bit pricey tho!)

When are these on? I'm a hip-hop head who has a HATE 4 student night garbage in the Printworks. Is there any regular nights on?

Been to some of the Friends and Family nights tho. Proper dope. Went to see TY.
