Posting for my friend, who achieved 3 A*s in Chemistry, Maths and Biology at A Level this year.
She's starting her psychology course at UCL in a couple of weeks and is stressing about how to structure her essays, because she didn't do a humanity subject and finds essay writing quite hard.

Can anyone doing psychology at uni help? Just a simple structure sheet would be great, thank you!

No problem. Learning the writing style and how to essay is pretty much the purpose of the first year... just really getting into the swing of things.
The staff should make some writing guides known to her when she starts - she may have to ask though. I had a long guide published by a tutor but I no longer have access to it.
