Student email
I received my student email on portico but I don't know how to log in.. Also, when I made an account for the UCLU website, it provided me with an email using my userid, which I also don't know how to access. Can anyone help?

You have to click here to access the log in page:
http://outlook.com/live.ucl.ac.uk
In my opinion, it's not an easy process because the credentials you use to log in are different from your email address as normally displayed, so this could generate confusion.
As username, put the SAME you use to log in portico. (e.g.: [email protected])
Remember to add "live" after @: note again that this is NOT your email address as it appears (and as you will give to people), these are just the necessary credentials to log in your mail.
Password: <enter your UCL password>, same you chose for Portico.
