Excercises for Chest and Abs

Uhm are there any excercises to decrease your chest ? Yea it may sound strange but my chest is a bit out and im a guy. It embarasses me alot, im not fat though. I cant wear T-shirts because of my chest. Its soft and its a bit out and looks like a small breasts. Its pretty embarassing.

Also can anyone tell me excercises to get good abs ? I havent got any weights or anything and i dont fancy going to the gym so please tell me excercises which do not require heavy machines or weights. Thanks alot.

Jesus Christ. First off, you may have gynecomastia, which means breast tissue on your chest. Best exercises for chest are dumbbell and barbell bench press and weighted pushups. These won't decrease it in size though, they will build muscle. If you have gyno, however, you need surgery to sort it out. Losing fat, or having breast tissue removal (if you have gyno) is the only thing that will give you a normal chest.

Abs are made in the kitchen. You need a low bodyfat percentage to see your abs, which means having a better diet. Secondly, if you're not willing to use weights then you're not going to be able to build your abs up. Muscles require resistance to work against to build size.

Yes. Running.

Running will decrease the fat on your chest, but you will need to run for at least 20 minutes before fat starts burning. This will also make your abs show better than any amount of sit ups, as they will not show up from under an inch of flab.

even ignoring the infuriating ambiguity (run how fast? What's the surrounding diet like?), that is not true.
