Hi,
I'm a girl, just turned 17 and am 176 cm tall.
Do you think I will grow much taller? And if so, how much?
I would really like to stop growing already, I'm so tall!

Very unlikely. Girls stop growing almost always much earlier than 17.

You will grow until your mid 20s and will most likely hit 180cm+

That is a wrong conception. I have grown 3 inch since I was 14.

That is known as an anomaly.

A girl grows till she is 18. Hormones are produced but in less quantity after 14/15.

That's incorrect. Obviously hormones continue to be produced (!), but most girls stop growing around two years after their first period, and since most girls experience their first period around age 12, this means that most girls stop growing around age 14.

Thanks, Birkenhead, for the great answer and the sources to back it up.

Black Cat, I hope that's not the case. =(

NerdyMeg, I guess there are exceptions, then... But I don't think I'm one, thankfully.
