Oookay, I've changed my mind now I'm here. The Digs people themselves arent too canny with their organisation of room numbers but when you let everyone just go at their own things get a heck of a lot better.

Room door is very rarely shut while I'm in, always out in the corridor or kitchen talking. Just got back from a quick pint, couple of games of fooseball and pool at dbar (playing decent music with loads less people in) with the lads from the flat. Life is good at Storthes Halls, Huddersfield :biggrin:

Im not in any student accomodation but im a fresher. Hayley I know a few people where your staying im just down the road. Are you a fresher?
Aint met many people yet as i wasnt well last week. Im 21 from Manchester but staying near Wickes n Uni in a house, doing software development.

Technically not a fresher, but it's my first year here, I got direct 2nd year entry because already have qualifications but I'm in the same boat as the freshers!!!
