I judge those whose lack of diction or enunciation impedes verbal communication; 'RP' or otherwise.
I don't judge those who didn't have the same standard of education as I have had.
I do speak RP English.

It depends on what you mean by "judge". I don't consider any accent or dialect to inherently better than another. But in the same way that an accent can be a reliable indicator of whereabouts a person is from, I think it is also possible to infer other things about them, such as the type of upbringing they had, the type of education they received, the type of profession they work in, their socioeconomic class etc.

For example, where I'm from, an RP accent is typical of people whose families are, on the whole, privately educated. Whereas those whose family members are mostly state educated tend to speak in a more local accent.
