Prospective Canadian studying in UK - Biochemistry Q! Please Help!

I'm a Canadian grade 12 student living in Toronto and I am very interested in studying at UCL for undergraduate biochemistry. I understand that for Canadian entry requirements I must have chemistry, one from physics, math or biology and a further pass. The thing is, admissions at University of Toronto require calculus and vectors as well.

So basically, I was just wondering if I don't take calculus and vectors to get in to UCL, how screwed would I end up being in the future years? I heard that calculus is very important when it comes to studying physical chemistry.

Can anyone vouch for this? Any advice from current students studying biochemistry in the UK?

Thanks! xx
