Chads, and no offer yet! I'm a bit scared about how hard it'll be too...:frown:

I applied for English Literature to Chad's and got an offer of AAA just before Christmas. Yay! I hope it's nice. I've never been; I chose a college purely on information from teh Internets. I like the look of the covered courtyard thing and the fact that it's based in lots of different buildings. I couldn't stand going to a soulless modern college, despite the obvious attractions of having an ensuite! If I eventually end up at Chad's, it'll be quite strange - I come from a school of 2000 (approximately 150 in my year), so this will be the first time I've ever 'down-sized' in my education. :s-smilie:

It's really nice, a bunch of houses combined together, and the bar is in a basement:biggrin: It's just got a really good feel, and because it's small I guess you'd get to know everybody by name!

In the letter they send you saying they have received your application.

Well guess I won't be seeing any of you next year as I've just checked Ucas and I've been unsuccessful.

Still nothing...

I'm not expecting to hear anything until after the 15th, when all applications are in.

Well I am really really confused right now. Durham have made me an offer:

But for the wrong course...

...and in the wrong college!

I applied to do BSC Psychology in Grey College and until last Thursday, my application was awaiting a decision from Durham with the course number being C800/G, corresponding exactly to my wishes to do Psych at Grey. However, when on Friday I was made an offer (of BBB), the course number had changed to C810/7!!! Meaning Applied Psychology at John Snow college!

What on earth is going on?

I tried ringing the uni but as its Saturday, the office wasn't open to requests of my nature.

I am so upset and annoyed right now: what should I do?

Also, the Durham track website says:

* Your application has been received by the Department
* Your application has not yet been received by a College

So how is that I've been made an offer?

Ahhhhhh sooooo annoyed!

That means you haven't been accepted onto Psychology, but they've given you a place on Applied Psychology at the Stockton campus.
