I'd best start my own countdown to rejection, especially as I was (presumably) doing the same subjects as Bex.
Hey I'm doing the same subjects as you and I still haven't heard either. We can get rejected together! lol. Oh well at least they must be looking at your applicatipn closely if they haven't replied yet. xxx Sorry to hear about the rejections
I applied for combined honours in social sciences at van mildert in early october and am still waiting! According to Durham track my application has been received by the dept. but not a college yet so there still considering. I expected them to take a while though.
I am rejected by the maths department of Warwick. But who care! I don't like it. .Also Does this mean the chance of accepting by Durham gets less and less. I really want to go to Durham

Nope, getting rejected by Warwick doesn't necessarily mean you'll get rejected by Durham at all. Different universities are often looking for different things in applicants.
Should I go Durham, or LSE (shortlisted), UCL (no response) or KCL (offer)?
UCL, LSE and Durham are generally seen as equal. These and Oxbridge pretty much always constitute the top 5 Law unis.
The fact that LSE and UCL are in London makes no difference in reputation (other than internationally) whatsoever. It all comes down to whether you want to live in London or not. I would hate to live in London on a student budget, so I'm going to Durham . I prefer the uni, the area, the collegiate system; just about everything.
