Judiciary united stand? (plea for help!)

Am at the very last stage of an essay and I need an example of where the judiciary has all come together and provided a united stance on an issue (the reverse of the situation regarding 'intention' -where they're all over the place)

either it's that my brain is frazzelled from and all-nighter or that there really hasn't been one issue that's united all the old folkes up in power, but I can't pinpoint an issue where they've simply all agreed.
