I am looking to exit my contract with the tenants due to financial issues.
the house has 4 rooms all double with two already occupied. Just a 10 minute bus into the city centre.
All shops within walking distance in the heart of a student community.
The house is in wavertree just off smith down road.
further details will have to be requested, next trembly payment due on the 01/10/14. The rent is £70 per week with all bills included, internet has just been installed at an slightly extra fee but all ready for moving in.
