Has anyone applied for biology course at Oxford + medicine courses at other Uni's?

I wanted to know if anyone applied for biology course at Oxford + medicine courses at other uni's and what happened.

I'm guessing there's lots of people with slightly lacking grades for medicine at Oxford and applied to it for a biology course for the 5th choice and 4 other courses for medicine.

I was wondering how you wrote your personal statement(strictly for medicine, grey area in between, strictly for biology), and what your priority(Oxford vs medicine at 4 other uni's) and how the results went.
