I don't think so.Black sand beaches are volcanic(I think) and the UK isn't a volcanic island...
I've been to one in Devon somewhere. It was less black than very dark grey though. Looked bizarre I must say.

is there a black sand beach here? or has anybody actually gone to one?

all the beaches in the canary islands are black sands, ive been on them in Tenerife and Lanzarote, adn Gran Canaria... never in the Uk though. Black sand is vlcanic ash and as someone said we dont have volcanoes near us

There are quite a few black sand beaches in the coastal highlands I believe? I remember being on one, but it was more very grey than black. I could well be wrong.
