You may have had babel fish planted in both ears. Have you noticed literally everyone on the planet appearing to speak English recently? Then again, you're only supposed to have a babel fish in one ear so it's probably an ear infection.

Extra info - I woke up today with daddy long legs in my room.

Also could I of damaged my ears from listening to music?? I don't usually put it that loud. But I listen to it sometimes for quite long.
