No, though the way that I think does change, since Esperanto is more flexible than English.

Do you not like thinking in Esperanto because of limited vocabulary for yourself compared to English?

definitely. it's difficult to explain, but when I think in the different languages I speak, I feel almost like a different person.

Yep! I'm much more sarcastic when I'm speaking Arabic and a lot more "POLITICIANS ARE STUPID" in French ... but that might just be A2 French :P
I recognise you OP...

I'm more relaxed in English and more tense in French. Not sure if that's simply because my English is better or because France is a more stressful place than the UK.

I mean thinking, but speaking can change personalties as well I guess.
