Is testosterone a socially sensitive explanation of anti social behaviour?

Even if testosterone levels were linked to acts aggression, how would it affect the treatment of those with high testosterone levels, unless we all get it measured and walk around with a sign to tell everyone?

So you've measured your testosterone then?

blood test by GP. Unnecessary for most 21 year old men it should be said.

thought it would be the other way round. less test = more anti social.

less test will make ou exhibit depressive behaviour; socially withdrawn and passive. I would imagine aggression would be more passive-aggressive and self-inflicted than antisocial aggression…

It's possible that this withdrawal is a defence mechanism for self-preservation among more dominant predators, or it may simply be the degeneration of physical and mental faculties.

incidentally I was very surprised you don't lift :s-smilie:

Maybe write about the Third Variable Problem, that both high test and anti-social behaviour may be caused by an underlying third factor
