i'd go and see a doctor about it. you probably feel really anxious because you're scared incase you pass out again, try not to think about it when you're at college and keep your mind on other things. good luck

You are probably feeling dizzy becuase you are breathing too fast (anxiety makes you do that), try taking deep breathes and think of something else.

Well, the problem is not physical, but mental. Are you worried about anyone in your College? Do you have a number of close friends who you can confide in etc..

You should see your Doctor again.

it's not stupid at all, it's only natural to feel this way. just try and keep perservering at college and going to lessons. it sounds to me like this is almost like a phobia that has been brought on by you passing out. the best way to get through it it just to carry on at college, eventually you will come to realise that you are quite safe and aren't going to pass out again, the hopefully you'll become less anxious.

Does your school have a university counselor? When I first got to college I used to panic whenever it snowed. I'm from Florida, and it's always sunny there. I went to the doctor and told him I couldn't breathe. He said that there was nothing wrong with me and that I should see a counselor. Try deeeeep breathing she said. Breathe all the way down to your belly button....let it go slooooooowly.

Then talk to your friends. I have learnt from experience that you need friends so much in life.

Are you good around people? Shy, perhaps??

your symptoms seem a bit like panic attacks to me, check out some internet websites. I know that a major symptom concerns the anxiety about their reoccurance.

It may sound a bit silly, but you could try taking a bottle of water to all your lessons. The weather's really hot at the moment, and that could be making you feel faint (well, exagerating any problems you may have been having before). If you drink a bit whenever you start to feel a bit off, you might find it helps.
If you think it's stress, though, you could try getting something that smells quite strongly. That should bring you back if you start to get faint, and if you start to be able to get through the fainting patches, then the anxiety surrounding them should decrease. Perhaps lavender? That's good for calming down. Or, I think lemon is supposed to be good for waking you up, which might be useful.

And, uh, it sounds obvious - but eat plenty of food (keep your blood sugar levels up), and stand up slowly whenever you get up. If you feel faint, sit down immediatly - it's better to look a bit stupid by sitting down in a weird place than to end up falling down the stairs or something.

Maybe you are stressed? Take it easy. Hope you're ok!

It's probably just day-to-day stress but they could be panic attacks. Sometimes you really need to pester your doctor to get things sorted out - you should go back and talk to him again.

When you phone up to book your appointment, try asking if you can see someone else just the once. There might be a junior GP around, or someone who happens to have some time on their hands who wouldn't mind taking you on. I see a different doctor every time I go to my health centre as my so-called "regular GP" is always busy.

today was a weird morning -

got into the car park at 8:40am, and when i got into school it was 9:00. the car park is about 5 minutes away and i wasn't walking slow. then my form assembly wasn't there - im in lower sixth, and the form room was overrun by 5th years and my form tutor didn't recognise me for a bit. then there were power cuts and i couldnt remember my next lesson - i thought i had chemistry and went to the chem room only to find the chemistry form was still there having form period. i waited with them, only to find out i actually had physics next (most of that form were in my chem class). physics was then in a different room and then i came to IT to do this.
