Imagine the convo between Curley and the Boss following the hospital trip. Write an extra scene for the novel using Steinbeck's "easy rhythms" and "coloquial" style.

Can someone help me with this homowrk and give me an idea on what to write, or even write what you would write if you got the homework...

"Colloquial" basically means in their style of speech i.e they don't speak full English but speak in the slang of their times (obviously this isn't the actual definition)
Just right a scene about what they might say to each other after Curleys hand got broken. In the story they try and bribe Curley to say he broke his hand in a machine - so perhaps write a scene about how he could've been bribed to make sure Lennie was still in a job.
