Shaving over a mole

When shaving my face in the morning (I am male) I have to go over a hairy mole with the razor...is this ok? Its just that a friend thought that would harm it.

It sounds as if you have OCD, though it seems a strange ritual that involves you mutilating moles before a morning shave. I have no doubt your friend thought you were harming the poor creature, I'm calling in the RSPCA.

Lol my friend caught a mole while shaving her legs and it CAINED afterwards. It started to flap about n stuff and she got really paranoid about it :biggrin:

but i dont think its dangerous, just very painful!

Y not just go around the mole instead? :confused:

It's never done anything to mine. Then again, mine is barely prominent, and only has 3 shortish hairs coming out of it.

I have one on the side of my chin. I just shave really carefully around it, then go lightly over the top.
