any tips?
it's all very well me coming out with the same old 'i'll always be there for you' clichés but it's just so fecking difficult to actually help.
I mean, it's just impossible to actually let someone know just how much you really do care about them and how you know you really would die for them without even having to think if it would make them feel better. Altering their hormones is also a bit tricky.
Anyway, there are often threads around here by people who are depressed saying that they feel down etc. Happiness is no trivial matter.
YOUR FRIENDS DO CARE. IF YOU WANT TO ASK THEM FOR HELP THEN DO IT.

Maybe tell us if there is anything your friends and family do that makes you feel worse? Or better?
