    For starters they're a lot faster (as well as being relatively economical), plus they're not as prone to rust, the Air Conditioning actually works and the Gearbox's and suspension don't decide to take a siesta every 5 minutes.

    FWD cars under steer whilst RWD cars tend to over steer and AWD cars can grip well but can do both (an audi tt mk1 will understeer like a ***** :/ It's all personal preference despite the purists claiming drivers cars are all RWD haha

    It was perfectly fine in snow. Infact, it was pretty much only that and 4x4's that worked out here in the sticks.
    Same story with our Porsche 944.

    On the other hand, I had a jaguar XJ40 that managed about 6 feet.
    If you haven't got 4 wheel drive, ideally you want a light car with skinny tyres. Which wheels are driven doesn't really matter.
