The Open Uni emailed me today, saying my application had not been confirmed to them by Student Finance and one of their suggested reasons was that I'd need to sort my declaration form.

I had to send my application off by post, and I'm pretty sure a declaration was included.

I have had my Notification of Entitlement letter at the end of August, but there was no declaration form there - I assume because I completed one in the posted forms. My account has "payments scheduled" in green and says my application is has been approved, so I thought it'd all be fine but the OU said they've not received news on my tuition loan from student finance.

I can't find a student declaration form online to re-print off either.

Can anyone advise please? I'm really getting anxious now.

    Thanks

There seems to be some sort of communication error. I'd phone up the SLC and ask whether everything is fine on their end. If they say everything is good, then the problem lies with the Open Uni. Ask the SLC about what to do in this circumstance as well. They'll advise you.
