Pinched nerve in wrist watch

    I have a pain in my hand when i try to straigthen my fingers. If i rotate my wrist a couple of times it'll crack (much like when you crack your fingers) and i am able to move my fingers again pain free. The pain will suddenly come back again when i move my wrist in a certain way.

    Am i right in thinking that I have a trapped nerve in my wrist? If so how do i treat it, do i need to see a professional?

    I had a trapped nerve in my arm, it felt like a constant tingling sensation. There was no pain but it was very a uncomfortable sensation. I experienced no cracking, you would probably be best going to your doctor just to be on the safe side. If it is a trapped nerve, i dont think much can be done about it sadly. My doctor just told me that it would get better over time, and it has
