I have a pain in my hand when i try to straigthen my fingers. If i rotate my wrist a couple of times it'll crack (much like when you crack your fingers) and i am able to move my fingers again pain free. The pain will suddenly come back again when i move my wrist in a certain way.
Am i right in thinking that I have a trapped nerve in my wrist? If so how do i treat it, do i need to see a professional?
