I am taking 3 courses that seem to be very difficult from what I have heard, it would be nice to have a more laid back 4th course so I could focus on the other three. Does anyone know of any such courses?

Problems of Applied Econometrics looks interesting and complimentary but only studying ec221 in the final year means it might not be ideal. I would go with the idea that you have done two years of study already and so if you are ever ready to do this then do so now, so I wouldn't look for an easier option than a course that contributes to your aspirations.

The Politics of International Economic Relations also looks interesting.

If you are thinking a career in finance then principles of finance and if you've already done that then perhaps quantitative finance.
