UKIP launch petition for constitutional reform called a Voice for England calling for 4 main reforms

1- English only votes in Westminster.
2- Revision of the Barnett Formula.
3- No taxation without equal representation. The Electoral Commission must determine new boundaries for the constituencies of Scottish MPs so that the average number of constituents more closely resembles that in England
4- A Constitutional Convention. Such a Convention needs to be rapidly established to put in place a plan for a Federal UK.

Thoughts? it does not call for an English Parliament but is reforming Scottish votes in Westminster, barnett and federalism enough

So UKIP isn't against the devolved institutions anymore? Perhaps my vote in May was wasted on them.

    Can't wait for the manifesto,

If UKIP really stands for the 'United Kingdom Independence Party' why is there mention of England and Scotland specifically, but not Wales or Northern Ireland?

Why don't they allow full independence for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland?

How many laws that affect those countries will be made not in their own countries but by unelected bureaucrats in Whitehall in London?

You can't have an English parliament based in Westminster. It would just serve to create tension between the UK parliament and the English one.
