American students studying in Switzerland? watch

    • Thread Starter

This is my first post! I'm an American from New York and thinking about attending uni in Switzerland for my bachelor degree but would really love to hear from other Americans that have done this because I don't know of any.
Specifically, wanted to get a good comparison about overall university life there vs. America (socially, academically), transition to the Swiss ed system, work opportunities and visa issues post-graduation, cultural transition, etc.

Thinking about Uni Lausanne, Geneva and St. Gallen. I like the idea of Switzerland because it has a great international reputation whether I decide to work in Europe or back in the U.S. and a higher mix of international students than most other countries that I've looked into.

Are there any Americans studying in Switzerland out there?
    Any advice is appreciated!
