This looks alright although a black suit would be better if you could.

With navy blue suit looks good burgundy, red, pink, brown or gray tie.

Go for royal blue..it will look elegant and classy! Especially when you are going for a formal event

Please no black suits, it's not a funeral, it's an interview.
I'd say a nice, grey or a silver tie with a solid white shirt. Brown tie would do too.

How many suits should I buy for work. I'm hoping two is enough for the first two months?

What kind of work is it? Two is enough, so you can wear one while the other one is being cleaned.

Sorry guys I'm such a noob. I don't like half of these ties. I want a blue tie with some red stripe in it. Anyone know good place to get ties from. I'm planning on getting about 5 different ones for NOW. No more than 15 pounds each.
