    Could someone possibly explain how to do question 3 in this paper please?
    This was our second lesson on Centre of Mass.

    This is a link to Arsey's model answers but I still don't get it, or understand where to start.

    The Cof M of a triangular lamina is 1/3 of the way up the median.

    You need to do (area of big triangle x its Cof M) - (area of little triangle x its C of M) = (actual area of lamina x the answer you are after).
